Refund Policy

Printed Books

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you at no additional cost.

We only offer refunds for books that are damaged or defective upon arrival. But please be assured that the accidental spilling of candle wax, or tears, canine destruction or other Acts of God will be met with profound sympathy and words of encouragement.

E-books and Digital Products

Well, due to the nature of digital products, refunds for e-books and other digital items are only offered if the product is defective or an error occurred in the purchase of process. That makes sense, right? Contact us at the customer support address, please, and we’ll assist in the best way we can. We have your back.

Returns Policy

Printed Books

If you need to return a book due to damage or defect, drop us a line at the customer support address and we’ll start the return process. We may ask for a photographic evidence of the damage.

Once your return is approved we’ll provide instructions on returning the item, but please make sure the book is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit. Once the item is returned we’ll inspect it to make sure the damage is as described and will process your replacement immediately.

E-books and Digital Products

No need to initiate a returns process for a digital product – how could you? But please contact us at the customer support address and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the problem promptly and to your satisfaction.
